UNESCO \u2013 Die Prozessionen der Karwoche in Mendrisio<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Prozessionen finden jedes Jahr am Gr\u00fcndonnerstag und Karfreitag in Mendrisio statt. Ein unverzichtbares und einzigartiges Ereignis, bei dem die Geschichte zu einem Spektakel in der Fortf\u00fchrung der Tradition wird. Wenn sie durch die Strassen des Ortskerns gehen, strahlt das ged\u00e4mpfte Licht der \u00abTransparente\u00bb, durchsichtige Gem\u00e4lde auf Leinwand, die auf von innen beleuchtete \u00abRahmen\u00bb gespannt sind. Die in einer speziellen, auf das 18. Jahrhundert zur\u00fcckgehende Technik ausgef\u00fchrten \u00abTransparente\u00bb sind typisch f\u00fcr die Prozessionen und stellen ein zentrales Element der Kandidatur dar. Die Gr\u00fcndonnerstagsprozession ist der Passion und dem Kreuzweg Christi gewidmet und wird von rund 270 Darstellern durchgef\u00fchrt.Die Freitagsprozession ist strenger und feierlicher mit \u00fcber 700 Darstellern.
Das Bewergungsdossier der Prozessionen von Mendrisio in der Karwoche wurde offiziell bei der UNESCO in Paris am 27. M\u00e4rz 2018 eingereicht, um in die Repr\u00e4sentative Liste des immateriellen Kulturerbes der Menschheit aufgenommen zu werden. Das Zwischenstaatliche Komitee f\u00fcr die Bewahrung des immateriellen Kulturerbes, das in Bogot\u00e1 (Kolumbien) zu seiner vierzehnten Sitzung zusammentrat, beschloss am 12. Dezember 2019, die Prozessionen der Karwoche in Mendrisio in seine Repr\u00e4sentative Liste aufzunehmen. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
