Una delle due montagne che serve da cornice, insieme al monte San Salvatore, al golfo di Lugano. Raggiungibile con la funicolare, la sua vetta offre uno splendido panorama sul lago e le montagne. Una bella e gradevole passeggiata su un comodo sentiero in discesa conduce verso il paese di Br\u00e8. Fino ad alcune decade fa dedicato esclusivamente all\u2019agricoltura ed i pascoli, oggi \u00e8 in uno stadio di transizione verso la vita moderna. Conserva per\u00f2 pienamente il suo fascino medioevale in mezzo ad un paesaggio unico e alla quiete della campagna, condizioni ideali per gli artisti che negli anni scorsi cercarono ispirazione e vi si insediarono, lasciando le opere che possiamo ancora ammirare. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
