Seul exemple visible de l\u2019architecture d\u00e9fensive militaire m\u00e9di\u00e9vale dans les Alpes, comprenant aussi une muraille qui fermait compl\u00e8tement la vall\u00e9e du Tessin entre les Alpes et le lac Majeur ainsi que les bastions de protection de la ville de Bellinzone, encore visibles aujourd\u2019hui pour la plupart. Le parcours explore des si\u00e8cles d\u2019histoire \u00e9crite par les Romains, les Lombards, les Milanais et les Suisses, en \u00e9tendant le contexte territorial li\u00e9 aux ch\u00e2teaux du Moyen-\u00c2ge \u00e0 nos jours. Vous comprendrez les alliances et les complexes hostilit\u00e9s internationales pour dominer un territoire strat\u00e9gique, qui a permis au Tessin d\u2019adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Suisse. On regarde attentivement l\u2019architecture, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e au cours des si\u00e8cles et qui refl\u00e8te directement les \u00e9v\u00e9nements historiques.
