Le Monte San Giorgio constitue la meilleure preuve au monde de la vie marine du triasique, il y a entre 200 millions et 245 millions d\u2019ann\u00e9es, et pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement des vestiges importants de la vie sur terre. Les fossiles trouv\u00e9s sur les pentes de la montagne montrent une int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et une conservation exceptionnelles. Pour ces raisons, le Monte San Giorgio est le principal point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les recherches futures relatives aux fossiles marins du triasique dans le monde entier. Une courte promenade m\u00e8ne \u00e0 un endroit charmant, o\u00f9 dans le pass\u00e9 se sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es des fouilles. L\u2019endroit est id\u00e9al pour la compr\u00e9hension de la g\u00e9ologie et donc de l\u2019histoire millionnaire du Monte, de la formation des fossiles et du processus pour les trouver. On vous expliquera ce qui a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 la recherche de fossiles dans ce petit territoire. Une visite au Mus\u00e9e des Fossiles montre une extraordinaire vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de reptiles et de poissons marins, ce qui permet de compl\u00e9ter cette histoire fascinante. La visite sera dirig\u00e9e par un guide officiel, form\u00e9 et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le Monte San Giorgio. <\/p>\n
