Gambarogno, a rare pearl to be discovered

The territory of Gambarogno, on the left shore of Lago Maggiore, offers enchanting landscapes and views as well as a rich cultural heritage which, through our proposal of guided itineraries, are being revealed and enhanced.

Itinerary 1: After perusing the village of Vira, rich in art and charm, we move to the hills to visit the Gambarogno Botanical Park.

Itinerary 2: The tour begins with a stroll through the narrow streets of the village of Vira, amidst its artistic beauty and enchanting views, and then moves on foot to the ancient port of Magadino, an indispensable stop on the journey between northern and southern Europe during the 19th century.
