– The rates are VAT exempt.

– For guided tours in two or more languages, a 20% surcharge applies..

– To ensure the quality of the guided tour, the number of participants per guide should not exceed 25 persons. Beyond 25 persons, we recommend the use of ear-phones.

– Reservations are mandatory.
– Additional services for reservations and/or logistic are not included in the above prices, and will be accounted separately at 20% of the total cost of services.
– The guide has the right to a lunch break. Meal compensation CHF 40, if not paid by the client.
– For Tour Leader Services it is intended multi-day services outside of Ticino, the Italian-Speaking region of Switzerland.

Terms of cancellation:
– For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tour date:
No penalty will be applied.
– For cancellations made between 7 and 5 days prior to the tour date:
A penalty equal to 50% of the total amount will be applied.
– For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the tour date:
A penalty equal to 100% of the total amount will be applied.

All cancellation notices must be sent in writing.
